Consistent Improvement with Polaris Global

Consistent Improvement

Consistent Improvement

Posted By Lee Anne B

I love being able to consistently improve what I am doing. Whether that is personally or professionally. Always looking for new ways to increase what I am doing and looking for better ways to do things.

It comes back to the saying, if you are not evolving you are dissolving, things never just stay the same.

So what about you? Are you constantly moving in an upward direction, or does it seem likes things are going downhill?

An easy way to start moving in the upward direction is to remember this. All you need to do is improve what you are doing by only 1% each day (You don’t have to totally change 100% over night) just 1% each day and by the end of the year you have increased (improved) 365%! How awesome is that?

So what can you do today to improve just 1%? That will assist you in moving closer to your Goals?

Yes Lee Anne, since I joined your team with Polaris Global, I have been constantly moving in an upward direction. Sometimes it seems so fast that I am having trouble keeping up, but I keep paddling as fast as I can because I know that this business suits my passion, beliefs and long term goals. Thanks again for your inspiration!!

    Are you sure???????????????

Just a 1% change today will totally max me out by the end of the year????????????????

I will need 2 of me to cope with the results! And that excites me!

Great reminder LeeAnne – when I feel like I’m not “improving” I go back to Counting my Wins – each and every little tiny win – it all counts!!! That’s what creates that upward spiral of success for me. 🙂

This is where breaking it down into bite sized pieces, and counting your wins become so important. If you are working on improving by 365% it seems far too overwhelming. But 1% better each day is manageable. Because you feel it’s manageable, it’s easier to stay committed to it. Taking time each day to recognize the 1% gain each day fuels the fire within and creates more self motivation, confidence and improves ones self esteem.

Awesome Lee Anne and a good reminder. I certainly can look at areas that need 1% change and look out 2014.

  6. Gary W says:

Good point, I will use this as part of my strategy to keep moving forward in a busy world.
    Thanks Lee Anne.

Motivating post Lee Anne! Do more & do better! For sure.

I have found the small stepping stones to success have worked well for me, this being that 1% daily. This could be as simple as talking to someone and learning something new each day. For the past 2 months I have been counting just how many new things I have learnt each day, just from talking to people. It is AMAZING! Could be as simple as a rubber ball against a window pain in the car whilst driving on a dirt road will prevent your window screen from shattering if a stone flies up and hits it – 🙂 hence I love meeting new people. 🙂

As we learned from one of our speakers in Macua….everyone is our teacher Leisa:)

Love it everyone, thanks for the comments and shares, breaking it down makes it so much more achievable and not as scary xx

It’s all about the 1%’ers.. Such a good reminder (thanks Lee Anne) – it doesn’t take much to alter just a little bit. Very cool..

  12. Jacquie H says:

1% – just taking baby steps forward will get you there

  13. Kim G says:

    Great reminder – Thank you.

  14. Lee Anne B says:

Great one Adam and Jacquie, just 1% not such a big ask right? xx

  15. Laith A says:

Great Idea Lee Anne. Brilliant Concept!!!

When I feel I am in a downward spiral, I need to look back at where I started and appreciate just how far I have come. At times it doesn’t feel like it, but I am always moving forward.

  17. Lee Anne B says:

Yes you are Jan, it is about counting the wins. I suggest you do what I started doing (and still do to this day) that really helped me. Make a list of 10 wins EVERY DAY.. Every day you have to have 10 things on the list (send to hubby to be accountable) no matter how small the win, you need 10 everyday. After a while you will find 10 on your list is not enough, you can then change it to 15 a day. Watch how it changes your focus onto what you are doing right as you search and focus all day on your wins x

Before joining Polaris Global I was into Personal Development, but wasn’t do anything consistently. Just a few audios and books here and there when I felt like it. So to come to Polaris Global and have Personal Development as our craft, this excited me!

When starting and getting into our Beyond Freedom Evolution, I soon did realise what a powerful program I had my hands on. It wasn’t the same as other Personal Development I had done. It wasn’t the type of program that you read or listened to and were then were left to your own devices to work out how to implement it. It actually gave me all the guidance and tools I needed.

I really feel this is a major key to why Polaris Global is successful.

Not only does Polaris Global provide a very unique and lucrative compensation plan, an awesome safe harbour community of people with support and ongoing training, we have a life changing product to boot. I know myself from using the product till this day, I have made some HUGE changes in my life in all different aspects which has resulted in me creating bigger and better results in my business.

To say I am grateful for Polaris Global’s life changing Beyond Freedom Evolution program is an understatement. I would not be where I am today without it.

Had you done Personal Development before joining Polaris Global and using our Beyond Freedom Evolution?

  19. Leisa T says:

Wonderful post. The Curriculum is out of this world….. I had not really done personal development prior to Polaris, I had listened to a couple of people and read the Celestine Prophecy but that was about it. I have always been an inspired person, but did live around what people would do or suggest. I have never really lived on my terms until now.

  20. Michelle G says:

Definitely small steps every day towards the goal. I remember feelings of complete overwhelm when I looked at what I wanted to achieve. And I used all sorts of excuses for road blocks; not technically savvy being the biggest one.

But Beyond Freedom Evolution puts the blueprint in place, with all the tools and methodologies to get that brain of ours geared in the right place.

We have two eyes but I the real vision and the ‘how’ comes from deep in our neural network. You just have to switch it on and enjoy the ride!

Great Post Lee Anne Thank you

  21. Lee Anne B says:

Thanks Leisa and Michelle, I agree Beyond Freedom Evolution is a wonderful blue print it helps put everything back into place 🙂 in the right order x

  22. Alison W says:

Thanks Lee Anne, I had done lots of Personal Development prior but nothing like BFE.

  23. Lee Anne B says:

Absolutely Alison, Beyond Freedom Evolution sure does stand alone, nothing else out there as powerful

  24. Berni I says:

    I agree it’s the 1% at a time.
If you are green you grow, if you are ripe you rot

    Saying “I know” stops learning!!

  25. Debbie R says:

I had studied personal development for over 18 years prior to using Beyond Freedom Evolution Lee Anne, and totally agree with your experience…..was not having the results I wanted until I started using BFE. This is so different than anything else out there. This has given me the knowledge and the tools to create my absolute perfect life in every single area of my life.

  26. Debbie S. says:

I had always been interested in personal development, read plenty of books with little results. I like the simplicity of BFE , it is so effective in being able to transform lives, It is the best investment I have ever made.

  27. Lee Anne B says:

Berni – Absolutely, I know is not the way to learning anything

Debbie R – That is wonderful Debbie – Beyond Freedom Evolution is a powerful tool for sure

Debbie S – I agree Debbie, Simplicity is the best way to describe it for sure x

  28. Jan S says:

Thanks for that advice Lee Anne. I had so many wins on the Cruise that have made me feel so much more empowered.

  29. Lee Anne B says:

Awesome Jan, me too. I love the Polaris Global events, I always come home and have so many cool things to implement. Was great to see you both
