My Top 5 Beyond Freedom Evolution Tips – Action

Top 5 Wins!

Top 5 Wins!

Posted By Lee Anne B

Using Beyond freedom has been a very valuable part of my growth and success over the past 4 years. I have loved being able to go back through the program again and again. I wanted to share with you my favourite Top 5 gains out from the Action program.

#1. Ten Minute Tasks – I am someone that likes to get things done, and I can find myself doing lots of things though not finishing some. So the Ten minute tasks has allowed me to get these things done, the “little” things that otherwise get pushed to the bottom. I love this exercise and it’s one I use as part of my Daily Method of Operation.

#2. Raising the Lower Self – Since doing this exercise I have caught myself being my lower self, coming from the place of anger when really I should be coming from a place of love. A great example is when my daughters are doing something they shouldn’t be.  Instead of yelling I should be asking them to stop doing it. I am not perfect at this (a work in progress,) but I can say I do stop and think about raising my lower self.  It is always true that coming from my higher self is a better outcome every time.

#3. Chance or Choice – I love this concept because I used to think my life and the things that happened to me was chance, all down to luck. But as the saying goes, “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” I choose to live my life by choice not chance, it is a lot more enjoyable.

#4. Is it worth it to you – What I learn from this is about learning to enjoy the challenge rather than thinking of the challenge as a chore. Knowing that the more challenges I push through and the farther I get out of my comfort zone, the more success i will have. Yes for me it is totally worth it, every little bit.

#5. Balancing Act – I love how it talks about giving yourself time. I have always been a very impatient person, so this has been a big win for me to become more patient. The things I have created have taken time (all my life) including the way I think, so to change things is not going to happen over night. I have to re-program the mental machines.

I think my fave is the 10 Minute Task, it just cleans up so many little irritations in my brain in such a short amount of time! Putting those little tasks to bed, so to speak, allows more time for bigger projects.
But without actually setting my clock for the task, it just swirls around in my head. Setting the clock though has allowed me to see that a 20 minute task can often be achieved in 10, as this concept always has me trying to beat my personal best time!

I am working my way back through again too. It is amazing how each and every time I do this everything become clearer. I am so much More focused, more so than I have ever been. Diarising, recording and journaling loads of ideas. I am finally coming up with a Marketing plan…. Yah! Cheers for you awesome inspiring post as always Lee. By now you will be on you holiday, I wish you and your family all the very best, have loads of fun. Cheers Leis

So many Lee Anne, but raising the lower self has been powerful for me…..to be able to take a stand for people without making them wrong. We often don’t know how much this stand makes a difference to others lives by being willing to take this stand. Many times we will learn from someone years later in a conversation, and many times we don’t even know, but have made a huge impact.

These are awesome, Lee Anne, and so are you. You are such an inspiration to many of us. Not only from the successes you have and the mentoring you give, but it is obvious that you totally embrace the BFE principles. Thank you!

Thanks Lee Anne, I am starting to hear more and more the conversation loud and clear in my head. Higher Self talking to Lower Self, especially around the “anger” reaction! I agree, we always feel better about ourselves when we respond rather than react. I am also still working on it too. I think I am better at it than I was yesterday and hope to be even better tomorrow. Cant’ wait to meet you and your beautiful family on the cruise.

Love the ‘is it worth it to you’ – enjoying the challenge. So often we can get so focused on the outcome and forget that the learning is mostly in the journey. Many thanks for sharing!

Jess – Great Jess, you will love getting stuff done

Pam – Beyond Freedom is a wonderful tool I agree Pam

Anna & Asher – Looking forward to it also 🙂 Yes I am also working on it too

Deb – If you can’t enjoy the journey what is the point? As if we magically appeared at the destination every time life would be so boring.

Great post Lee Anne – the lower self vs higher self was a powerful concept for me going through Action. Mostly, it provided me with an awareness of how often I was letting my lower self take the wheel and disappoint my higher self with the lack of results. It is such a cool way to check in with yourself and move forward.

Great one Lise 🙂 it is a powerful exercise as are all the exercises in Beyond Freedom Evolution
