My Top 5 Beyond Freedom Evolution Topics from Departure

My top 5!

My top 5!

Posted By Lee Anne B

Using Beyond freedom has been a very valuable part of my growth and success over the past 4 years. I have loved being able to go back through the program again and again. I wanted to share with you my favourite Top 5 gains from the Departure program.

1. Leaving the Herd – Before I started my Beyond Freedom Evolution I was totally part of the herd, always listening and following others’ advice and being worried about what others would think.  I didn’t want to be myself and stand out!  What would people say?  Leaving the Herd has been an extremely refreshing learning to implement in my life and I am so very happy I have.

2. Play to Win – I love this. It is so very true that when we are playing and having fun it takes the pressure off, lets us bring back the child in us and really see a different, better aspect in life. Play is now part of my Daily Method of Operation – absolutely!

3. Taking your Temperature – This has always been a very powerful exercise for me. And it is one of the major reasons I decided to change my eating habits and start a regular exercise program. I realised after going through this that my temperature was great on a lot of areas of my life, but very low when it came to health and fitness.. so this had to change.  I am happy to say it has changed and in fact, this temperature has now soared!

4. Believe It – This is a great topic, because it’s so  totally true that what we believe we will see. Changing what I believe to be in alignment with what I want to achieve has been a great tool to create more success in all areas of my life!

5. Count The Wins – This is my favourite topic. When I implemented this into my day as a new daily habit, huge things happened. First of all I took the focus off all the crappy things that had happened in the day and instead became focused on what I can put on my win list. Since this become a habit for me, those days when everything seemed to go downhill just don’t happen anymore. This, of course, is awesome.  And don’t get me wrong: of course stuff still happens that I don’t want, but now, due to me Counting the Wins it is impossible for me to live a whole day of negative aspects.  There is now always positivity around me!

What is your favourite Topic in Departure – Beyond Freedom Evolution?

Great post! My favourite topic is Future Self – such an empowering tool. Especially when having a conversation with my Future Self and asking what the next step is to get there.

  2. Deb says:

I absolutely love your posts Lee Anne … you are such an inspiration to me. I love all of your top 5 from Departure…Leaving the Herd was a big one for me… and to be honest is still a work in progress! Like you, Count The Wins was such a significant shift in the way I approached my day.

  3. Kirsty M says:

Great recap of Departure LeeAnne, “Count The Wins” was a big one for me too – I found it really gave me the control of creating that “upward spiral” – forever grateful for that!

  4. Alison W says:

Great Lee Anne, for me counting my wins has been such a breakthrough. SO easy to look at what you have not done, not what you have.

  5. Leisa T says:

definitely leaving the herd – I never really new how much I let other control me until I went through this in Departure. I used to always think that I am my own person and I don’t really let other influence me, well was I surprised. I was very influenced by others and still am to a point, but pinch myself every time I see it. I found this very useful in my business as I am quiet a gullible personal that likes to believe the best in people and guess what. Being in an online business you need to be tough and understand who you can and can’t trust, this we are taught to us daily through Polaris. I have made a lot of silly mistakes along my travels, but hey, I am. Still here determined to make it happen! Cheers for a fab post Lee

Carrie – Great Carrie, Future self is a very powerful concept for sure

Deb – Thank you for the lovely comments. Leaving the herd is a big one, and can take a little time to change our past habits, so congrats to you for being on the journey. Beyond Freedom Evolution is an awesome tool

Kirsty – As you would know Kirsty counting the wins is a big one for me, being the tally girl!! LOL Glad you have had a big win there too x

Alison – I agree, for me that was a very bad habit to overcome, so glad I have though x

Leisa – Great Leisa that you can no identify when this is happening and can change it 🙂 Huge congrats to you, really a true demonstration of the power of Beyond Freedom Evolution

  7. Debbie R says:

For me it’s definitely the north star. That was a huge missing link for me and was the starting point of creating a life I have fallen in love with in every way possible. Getting clear on that has allowed me to create my perfect life.

  8. Emma K says:

Thanks Lee-Ann very inspiring. My two favourite topics are Counting My Wins and The Future is Now which I actually wrote a post on http://www.polarisglobalblog.com/polaris-global-community-posts/the-future-is-now/

  9. Bart says:

Lee Anne … this is incredible. Counting wins is such a critical part of personal empowerment. As you count your wins, you begin to realize how many wins you overlooked. Collectively, those wins can build a foundation for future wins that you never anticipated. The analogy is looking at a brick wall … do you see a entire wall built out of bricks, or do you see a wall that was built one brick at a time, with each brick being a win.

  10. Chrissy G says:

I loved reading through your re-cap of the Departure section of our Beyond Freedom Lee Anne.
Counting my wins was the biggest one for me as I spent a lot of time thinking about what I had not achieved.

  11. Lise R says:

Love this Lee Anne – totally makes me realize (again!) the great content that we have here in our curriculum. Leaving the Herd was a huge topic for me to work through. In going through the exercise I realized how much I was hiding in the herd, not wanting to be seen or heard. Now, as I take on new challenges and find myself moving away from the herd I do so with more confidence and knowing that I am heading in the right direction.

  12. Helen S says:

I LOVE those topics Lee Anne, thanks for the reminder, the most valuable of those that has assisted me to persists was definitely Playing to WIN! counting my WINS & BELIEVING!

  13. Elizabeth R says:

Playing to Win & Counting The Wins are my favourites, so I think I had better go back and do some more work on the others!

  14. Anna & Asher S says:

Thanks Lee Anne, A great re-cap. Some of these terms are still very new to me, but the one that resonates with me most is My Future Self. It’s the fastest way for me to get connected with what I want to create. Everything just flows better from there. Thanks again.

  15. Lee Anne B says:

Debbie – Awesome Debbie, The north star is a powerful concept for sure x

Emma – Thanks for that Emma, great post 🙂

Lise – Great one Lise, Yes being part of the herd means you can’t be your real self, which is not fun at all

Chrissy – I can relate Chrissy, focusing on what we don’t want doesn’t repel it away LOL.. If only.. learnt that the hard way

Bart – Absolutely Bart, Counting your wins has to be my most favourite and the thing that has had the biggest impact on me since starting my Beyond Freedom Evolution

Elizabeth – We can always do more work on them all Helen, great that we can go back and back to our Beyond Freedom Evolution and do just that x

Helen – Playing to Win really is the only way to play xx

  16. Lee Anne B says:

Elizabeth – We can never do enough work on any of these areas xx Me to Elizabeth

Anna & Asher – Great one Anna, as you go along the others will become very familiar x

  17. Pam B says:

Taking your temperature on all aspects of life and all areas of life would seem a valuable exercise. Congrats on all the success you have found with Polaris Global and your dedication to your work.
