Polaris Global – No Competition Here!

No Competition Here

No Competition Here

Posted By Lee Anne B

Having been in business a long time before coming to Polaris Global, I was accustomed to the question. “So why should I go with you, over your competitor?”  In other words… “Why are you better than your competition?”  I had to have a great answer, which I did, and I had to use it many times.

Here in Polaris Global it is not a question I come across very often and this is a great thing.  The reason I feel we don’t get that question in Polaris Global is because who is the competition?

It made me think. These are the questions I asked:

1. Who has an accredited Personal Development Program?

2. Who has an extremely lucrative compensation plan like Polaris Global?

3. What other companies do people mention they are comparing us too when deciding?

The answers I came up with:

1. No one that I know of,

2. No one that I know of,

3. No one, people don’t say this.

What this means is Polaris Global has no viable competition!

Why is our business the best?  Because if you are comparing apples with apples, no other business compares in it’s products, services and income compensation plan. That is why I am so happy and grateful I chose Polaris Global!

I love this and what a great take-away from Shane Krider. My vision is big and I am prepared to back it up with action to make it happen. Great post Andrew!

  2. Leoni B says:

That is such a great change for me. Being in Sales and Marketing all of my career, always hearing these questions, always overcoming objections… fighting for the sale.
There’s nothing like Polaris Global out there, and those who can’t see that, does not deserve to be part of Polaris Global.

Autopilot can be great when we are busy and rushing to get somewhere. I have also found it to be a little scary sometimes (especially when I am driving). I will arrive at my destination and have totally forgotten the journey there. This can happen a lot on the school run because I do it every day and it is just habit.

I have learnt through Beyond Freedom Evolution that success comes from getting outside my comfort zone and turning the autopilot off sometimes.

So I like to change it up, drive to the school a different way. Do my hair a different way and just say the script a slightly different way when prospecting.

I find sometimes if I don’t mix it up when prospecting I can forget what I have said to the lead I am speaking with as all conversations feel like the same conversation.

The smallest change can take you off Auto Pilot mode, so what can you mix up or change today?

  4. Karen L says:

Another great blog Lee Anne. Your blog reminds me of the exercise in Departure in the Beyond Freedom Evolution curriculum where it talks about where are you the result of your past in terms of hair, clothing, and all sorts of topics. This was very enlightening for me to do this exercise.

For me one thing on auto pilot is what I wear. I have a wardrobe full of clothes, bags and shoes and only wear a few of them most of the time. I have made a deal with myself that if I don’t wear it, I have to give it away. This makes me spend a few minutes before going out deciding what to wear and pull something different out of the wardrobe instead of same same.

  5. Lee Anne B says:

I love that idea Karen, I am the same, I wear the same things over and over. I am always giving heaps of clothes away that I don’t wear too x I loved that section in beyond freedom evolution too x

  6. Berni I says:

like this Pattern interrupt concept Lee and Polaris Global and Beyond Freedom Evolution

  7. Lise R says:

Great topic and I love that Shane Krider also talked about this the other day on one of our Polaris Global training calls. Auto-pilot is such a damaging place to be – in fitness, in a relationship, in business, etc. When I find that I am going in auto-pilot I love to switch it up!

  8. Helen T says:

Listening to the live Polaris Global prospecting calls gives me fresh ideas about how to switch it up without losing the basic script – I am always hearing some great new word tracks that I can try out and see what feels right for me and what doesn’t. Keeps it fresh and keeps me in the moment totally with the person I am speaking to. Hey – it’s FUN to follow your instinct and try something different!

  9. Lee Anne B says:

Switching it up in your Polaris Global business makes the days so much more fun x Great point Lise

  10. Lee Anne B says:

Great one Helen, the training provided around all the aspects of our business in Polaris Global is so valuable whether you have been here 2 mins or 2 years xx

I find Easter is a great time of the year. One because I love chocolate, and two because I find that people are a lot happier at Easter (that might be because they do say that eating chocolate makes you happy LOL). Easter is also great for our business because it doesn’t mean a huge amount of days off.

I have loved this the long weekend of Easter. Being able to have some time off, spend time with friends and family, without my business really missing a beat. I was still able to hit my weekly numbers of people through the system in my Polaris Global business (even though I don’t call people on Good Friday or Easter Monday or the weekend).

Another great aspect when running a Polaris Global business is that we can run it how we choose. We can have time off when we want and then do extra on other days. Freedom and flexibility all the way!

Did you have some special time off with family over Easter?

  12. Lise R says:

Happy Easter Lee Anne. Yes, we had a lovely long weekend here as well. I love the flexibility of my Polaris business because I can work when I want, where I want.

  13. Karen L says:

Hey Lee Anne, I was in Sydney for Easter running at the National championships. My Polaris business gives me the flexibility and freedom to do so . Love it!

Kirsty and Lise did an amazing job on the Polaris Global Professional Marketers call this week. They talked about running their Polaris Global businesses as a business versus running it as a hobby.

When I first started my Polaris Global business I too ran it like a hobby, solely because I had lack of time at that point, so I would just fit it in when I felt like it. I had not made the decision at that stage that I wanted to sell my franchise. I thought that it would be great to just have a small business as a hobby alongside what I was doing to make some extra money.

When I was working my Polaris Global business as a hobby I would not follow the system, I only listened to some of the training calls, I was not using my Beyond Freedom Evolution and not doing the things required.

All this changed for me when I made the decision to sell my franchise. I then started making time for my business, I started following the 6 daily activities for success and did what I needed to do each day no matter what (even if I was tired etc.)

After doing this consistently for a while, I started getting consistent results and of course I still do this every day.

Have you had a “hobby” stage in your Polaris Global business?

  15. Anthony P says:

Before this call i had thiught i was running my Polaris Global business ad a business, until i realized that deep down i didnt believe my own excuses for why i eas not getting the results i require in my life right now. Aftet hearing the call, i made a commitment to actually run a business, and since then everything has changed. Im much more focused and finding time to do everything i can, every day to work toward my goals.

  16. Lee Anne B says:

That is so awesome to hear Anthony, Huge congrats. It sounds like your Polaris Global business is going to sky rocket now

  17. Karen L says:

For sure Lee Anne and my Polaris Global business all turned around when I made the decision to take it seriously and treat it like a business and follow the system properly.

  18. Lise R says:

Thanks for the shout out Lee Anne – I had a blast hosting with Kirsty. I definitely went through hobby-mode way too long in my Polaris Global business. The moment I made the decision to treat it like the multiple six figure business that it is, everything changed for me!

  19. Lee Anne B says:

Feeling super proud of Adam from the GC. So proud of you and the success you are creating.
A wonderful Polaris Global team call thanks to Rachel and Adam.

Here are the five essentials to business as discussed on the call.

Fall in love with the product – Beyond Freedom Evolution and our Live Events

Be open to the magic. If you want different results in life, it all starts with changing the mindset first. I know that if I was not using the products and loving the products/events I would not have created any of the awesome results I have in my life or my Polaris Global business. I would not miss a Polaris Global event for the world, I love them.

Fall in love with the company – Polaris Global

Be involved in the community, join the community. Use others’ success as inspiration. See the vision, see the values. The best and easiest way to learn about the company is to be part of the community and be using all the products. Get to know Shane, Rach and Greg, they are such an inspiration and really are the vision of Polaris Global.

Falling in love with the Industry – Home Business, Personal Development, Network Marketing, Direct Sales

There is so much to love about it. Understand the industry. Anyone can have success. No special skills or qualifications needed. The community are willing to help others create success. It is no longer trading time for money. So much more potential than a traditional job or business. Research and know all about the Industry. Pick a company and stick with it.

    Fall in love with Marketing

You get paid to grow and paid to market in your Polaris Global business. Marketing is not hard, we make it hard. There will be a learning process, you won’t master it overnight. You just need to test and measure, find what works for you. Anyone can learn to market. So have fun with it, enjoy the process.

    Have BIG Dreams

Your only limitation is your imagination. Set some big goals that excite you and scare you. There are people achieving the goals you have, so why can’t you?

What was your favourite part of this call?

  20. Karen L says:

Lise I loved the 5 points on the Polaris Global team call. For me, I am overcoming the belief that marketing is hard and have implemented new legs that are all generating leads. Also for some time, I’ve had a hang up with Network marketing that I have let go. How we operate our Polaris Global business is so different to any other type of network marketing and I love this about Polaris.

  21. Lise R says:

Love is all you need 🙂 I love my Polaris Global business and everything that comes with it!

  22. Lee Anne B says:

Great to hear that you have fallen in LOVE with your Polaris Global business and the industry

  23. Anthony P. says:

My favorite part of the call was in my knowing that in Polaris Global, a conversation about business IS a conversation about loving what you do, and everything that goes into that business. The people, the product and the creativity from me, to send out my message and atract the people I want. It’s an emotional thing, not just a money thing…

  24. Lee Anne B says:

In the last few weeks as I have been home recovering from surgery. I have had nothing much to do but lay on the couch and be on my computer working my Polaris Global business.

I have loved this for so many reasons, mainly because I didn’t have to be rushing out to meet clients, I could work in my PJ’s some days and no one had to see me LOL.

It allowed me to again be in massive action. Last week: 80 people through the system and this week: a little shy of 70. I have been in massive action in my business on multiple occasions and it feels great. Everything feels simple, everything flows and you don’t have time to worry about this, or worry about that. You are just in plain action and it feels great.

When I have been in massive action and playing full out, these have been the least stressful, effortless and most fun times of my business. So I have made the decision I am going to do it more. Why not right? I pose the question to you, why aren’t you in massive action in your business? Are you willing to give it a go?

  25. Lise R says:

This is a very timely post for me Lee Anne. I have been contemplating hitting a 10 plan now for the last few weeks, even months in my Polaris Global business. I have come to the fact that the only thing holding me back is me. It is time for that to change. Big congrats to you on your numbers, woohooo!!!

  26. Lee Anne B says:

Thanks Lise, I find that doing a 10 plan is so much easier then a 5 plan, because you don’t have time to think about it, you are just in action and focused on the goal

  27. Leoni B says:

I agree with you Lise – very timely for me too. Over the last couple of months I have really been focusing on why I am still at the starting point in my business and others are racing past me. Well, only one reason – ME. I have made a decision that I will not allow roadblocks, my ‘stinking thinking” or anything else push me off course again, and if it does, I will course correct quickly and carry on. I am trying hard to hit my 5 plan -some days I am on target and other days a few short. I now focus on the days I did hit my 5 plan and do more of instead of wondering why I missed it.

  28. Berni I says:

AWESOME Lee in Polaris Global and your PJs hee heee

it is all about lasered in focus and of course PJs

  29. Karen says:

You are inspirational Lee Anne and yes getting back into the swing of my Polaris Global business after having a break while running overseas. I am ramping up my marketing this week to go for a 10 plan.

  30. Anthony P says:

It’s great that Polaris Global offers anyone the opportunity to go as fast or slow as they want. I prefer moving quickly, no time for attachment, get in and get out and get marketing again, regardless of what plan I’m on…
