Treating Every Day like New Years

Posted by Brianna B

Today I had a flash back of 2012 Super Saturday. This was my first event. I was 21 years old and a nerves wreck thinking “what am I even doing here”.  I entered the room to meet the most amazing people I think I will ever meet. Some people in the company call this the “head to heart” moment we experience at our first event. For a long time I kept thinking I haven’t had that moment, I’ve gone to 5 events now and loved all of them, however because I didn’t have the financial success I had come here for just yet I couldn’t see myself having that moment. When was my moment?!

Kirsty M was our MC for Super Saturday. She ended the day with a great line that has stuck with me for the past 2 years ‘You don’t have to wait for a new year, a new month or even Monday to start working towards your goals, treat today like it’s New Years, decide on your new year’s resolution and start taking the steps to achieve those goals’.

Today it hit me, I realized I did have that moment; the second Alison (my enroller) welcomed me and gave me a hug, Polaris went from my head to my heart. I now know that by not recognizing our ‘aha’ moments in this business we could potentially be blocking ourselves to more success. SO, I thought about this some more and had an even deeper realization that I get to have this “head to heart” moment every day I choose Polaris, because I know in my heart this is the place for me.

I am so grateful for the opportunities here, and even more grateful for the amazing community who make this a ‘head to heart’ kinda business.

I love it Bri! I totally get that moment when our Polaris Global business goes from our heads to our hearts, so powerful. We do have the ability to hit the restart button at any time in our business to re-align our goals, I have done this many times. This is just another example of the non-traditional model we use to create massive success 🙂

So great that you recognized your moment from the past and can get in touch with it daily. It reminds me of my “head to heart” moment when I found my North Star with our program, Beyond Freedom Evolution. That confirmed to me that I was in the right place. So, because of that moment, I’m afraid Polaris will be stuck with me for a long time. You are guiding us into the vast unknown universe of social media, Bree…hope you’ll stick around for a long time too 🙂 x

Great Blog Brianna. I can remember the first moment when I meet Kirsty we had arranged to meet for coffee but did not know what each other looked like, polarians can find each other out in a crowd. Its all about those moment over the years that go from your head to your heart. Your blog brought back lost of emotions for me, you made me think about all the reason why I am here and will be for a long time. THANK YOU
